Hartex HW Circular Saw Blades

Hartex HW Circular Saw Blades (article 96) are made starting from a circular blade of special steel, laser drawn and Tungsten Carbide tipped. These technical features make them particularly suitable to cut wood with high speed cutting machines. They last very long if the recommended cutting speeds are respected.

Their teeth are alternately bevelling and finishing, for universal cutting, very suitable to cut wood, its by-products and synthetic materials. Please, check the number of teeth in comparison with the material to be cut, its thickness and the finishing level you want to get. In order to get an excellent finishing level you have to combine high cutting speed with high number of teeth. It is necessary to use saw blades with a very fine toothing to cut panels with plastic film, synthetic resins, hard plastic, formica, plexiglass, hard boards etc.

Thanks to recent technological innovations we manufacture Hartex HA Circular Saw Blades in a silence version through laser cutting the blade in particular points. These expedients reduce the vibrations and the working noise.

Stella Bianca Hartex HW Circular Saw Blades are available in different plays of diameter (from 150 mm to 600 mm), thickness (from 2,5 mm to 4,2 mm) and toothing (very coarse, coarse, universal, middle-fine, fine and very fine).
The central hole has Ø 30mm. We manufacture for the most part of types the silenced version, too.
If you need further information, please, check our catalogue.

Reduction gears are available. If you need further information, please, check the table below.
